I love this quote for so many reasons. For one, we all require food to keep ourselves going throughout the day, but in the fast-paced modern world we live in, we rarely stop to think about what we're actually giving our bodies for fuel. When we begin to take the time to stop and think about the food choices we make, how they make us feel, and what they do for/to our bodies, we tend to make better choices. And when we make better choices the majority of the time, we also feel better choosing and allowing ourselves to enjoy that piece of cake, side of french fries or glass of wine once in a while, without any guilt attached.
Eating whole foods that truly nourish and energize our bodies helps to curb cravings, fight fatigue, reduce inflammation, keep a healthy weight, and be able to truly enjoy foods we love while leaving the guilt behind. WEEK 1
Get Ready! Learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD sugar detox.
WEEK 2
Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.
***3-week sugar elimination begins this week!***
WEEK 3
So what’s the big deal about sugar? Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and learn how to get off of the sugar rollercoaster.
WEEK 4
Think fat makes you fat? We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.
WEEK 5
YOU DID IT! You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.
Food-prep will be a major part of your success in this program. We will discuss how to make it manageable, and maybe even a little fun. :)
